What about multipart forms on
"NCR paper"?
DigiForms SSA forms are all approved by SSA and the OPLM to be
produced electronically without any colored paper, carbons, etc. Multipart forms
have routing boxes as needed, per approval of SSA.
Can these forms interface with
a database?
Yes,either the DigiForms SSA 3.0 or the DigiForms
SSA 5.0 can be interfaced with all
standard databases that are OBDC compliant, as well as with some others that are not.
How large a practice can the
database maintain?
The capacity for open and closed clients runs
into the 1,000's.
How can I keep
from missing deadlines?
Both the TO DO List
and the Hearings Schedule Report will do the job of keep you on track with
everything that needs to be done. You can see at a glance what medical you
still need, when your hearings are, and which ones do not yet have all the
updated medical in.
Do I need MS
Word?
You do not need MS
Word to run any of the Digital Solutions programs. In SSInform, you do
need MS Word to use the Letters, the Listings forms, and the Court
Documents. You do not need it for any of the SSA forms. If you have
WP, we can provide inexpensive upgrades that will run in tandem with your WP.
How long will
it take someone to learn the programs?
Digital Solutions
Software is designed to be very user friendly. You can order trail disks
of the programs to see for yourself. The programs are very
self-explanatory and instinctive. Most people are comfortable the first
day, and very conversant by the end of a week.
What
do we do with the data in our old database?
In most cases the bulk
of your data can be moved from your existing database to the new program. Each system is evaluated on a case by case basis, since there are many
